José “Pepe” Escamilla visited the Brookings Institute in Washington, DC, to meet with Rebecca Winthrop, who is a Senior Fellow and Director of the Center for Universal Education at Brookings.
Rebecca tried to answer if classrooms are evolving as fast as technological transformations and described how it is possible to “leapfrog” learning outcomes.
