Crayola is once again involved in the world of education by joining the Mad Science Group to create Crayola Imagine Arts Academy; a franchise focused on using art as a tool to solve problems.

The program seeks to reinforce the school’s syllabi through art to teach skills such as creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and communication, to children from 5 to 12 years old in extracurricular activities, summer camps or birthday parties.

Imagine Arts Academy began in 2016 as a market study with 18 Mad Science locations but hopes to open new franchises as of spring 2019. All children participating in the program receive Crayola art products to continue expressing themselves through art.

About Mad Science: It is a company, with more than 30 years in business, that teaches science in a fun way with programs for preschoolers, workshops in class, camps and special events. Its mission is to motivate children to pursue STEM careers.
