There is a lot buzz around the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the jobs of the future. We see headlines everywhere about how Machine Learning will transform all industries. The reality is that just a few understand the potential and reach of these technologies.
To answer the question: what can IA do and what cannot? Andrew Ng, the co-founder of Coursera, co-founder of Google Brain, chief scientist in Baidu, among other titles, announced the release of “AI for Everyone,” a course tailored for business leaders who do not have the technical knowledge and who are interested in exploring AI solutions.
The objective of “AI for Everyone” is to explain the characteristics and potential of Machine Learning and Deep Learning as business solutions; help leaders of companies and entrepreneurs to generate strategies based on AI, and to understand and know how to communicate basic concepts of these technologies with engineers or specialists in these fields.
According to Andrew Ng’s statement, AI will generate growth of 13 trillion dollars in world GDP by the year 2030, hence the need to begin to train the actors of all industries.
This course will launch at the beginning of 2019 on Coursera. If you wish to pre-register, you can do it here: https://www.coursera.org/learn/ai-for-everyone.
